HeadCount places professionals with municipalities, agencies, provinces and national government. We work through hiring desks and brokers, and we know what gets through them.
The public domain hires differently from the market. There are tender documents, weighting matrices, rate ceilings and procurement rules. A strong CV is not enough there: the reasoning has to map onto the stated requirements, point by point.
That is why we assess every candidate on substance before we present them. The fit scores you see here follow the same logic we use towards clients: reasoned per axis, with knockout criteria made explicit.
We are a small team with short lines. You speak to the recruiter who actually deals with the client.
