Terms and privacy
Scope
These terms apply to all services of HeadCount B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 93973187.
Candidate data
Your CV and profile are used only to represent you. We share your details with a client only after you consent per assignment. A public profile never shows your full name, address, phone number or email address.
Retention
We keep your profile while your account is active. You can delete your profile and CV at any time from your account or via info@headcount.nl. We then remove your data within four weeks, except where a statutory retention period applies.
Automated matching
We use automated analysis to read your CV and rank assignments. These scores support our recruiters and never lead to rejection on their own. You can always ask for a human assessment.
Liability
HeadCount works carefully to match supply and demand but gives no guarantee of placement or extension.
Governing law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the Amsterdam district court.
