About the assignment
Gemeente Arnhem is working on the IB&P Basis op Orde program, with the Privacy Basis op Orde project serving as the central pillar for strengthening and securing data protection within the organization. We are seeking a Senior Privacy Officer who will make an active contribution to the implementation and further development of the Privacy Management System (NOREA Privacy Control Framework v3.0). The role focuses on sustainably embedding privacy and data protection measures within the organization's processes, systems, and registrations. The Senior Privacy Officer will work under the guidance of the project leader and in close collaboration with the privacy team, (C)ISO function, IB&P program management, and process owners within the line organization. This position aims to ensure robust data protection across all organizational levels.
What you bring
- HARDE EISEN:
- De kandidaat is aantoonbaar in het bezit van een erkend, afgerond en volledig diploma op minimaal hbo-bachelor niveau
- De kandidaat heeft minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring op het gebied van privacy en gegevensbescherming, opgedaan in een functie zoals Privacy Officer, Privacy Adviseur, Privacy Consultant, Functionaris Gegevensbescherming (FG) of een vergelijkbare privacy gerichte functie
- De kandidaat beschikt over aantoonbare kennis van de AVG, UAVG en privacy governance en is in het bezit van een relevante certificering op het gebied van privacy en gegevensbescherming, zoals CIPP/E, CIPM of gelijkwaardig
- De kandidaat heeft aantoonbare ervaring met het implementeren, inrichten of toetsen van een Privacy Management Systematiek, zoals NOREA Privacy Control Framework (PCF) of vergelijkbaar
- GEWENSTE ERVARING:
- De kandidaat heeft aantoonbare ervaring met het implementeren van een Privacy Management Systematiek binnen een overheidsorganisatie
- De kandidaat heeft aantoonbare ervaring met informatiebeveiliging, BIO en/of ISO27001-gerelateerde implementatietrajecten
- De kandidaat heeft aantoonbare werkervaring binnen de gemeentelijke overheid
